Consolidate deliberately
Low-fee periods can reduce a future fee burden, but avoid combining UTXOs whose labels, sources, identities, or intended uses should remain separate.
Tools · Privacy-first
Compare the total fee cost of consolidating several Bitcoin UTXOs now with keeping them separate and spending them together at a different fee rate later.
The model needs only counts and script types. Addresses and transaction IDs are unnecessary. An optional aggregate value can show how much of the selected bitcoin the current consolidation fee would consume.
Your UTXO plan stays in this browser.
Local input: UTXO counts and script types, destination types, fee-rate assumptions, and an optional aggregate value in satoshis. Network effect: None when planning. Values are processed in this page, are not sent to BitcoinStats, and are not stored or added to the URL.
Consolidation model
The comparison assumes every selected UTXO is spent into one consolidation output, then later spent once to one final output. It does not model change or script-path spends.
Default model: ten P2WPKH UTXOs, 1 sat/vB now, and 20 sat/vB later.
Path comparison
The break-even rate is the approximate highest current fee rate at which the two-transaction consolidation path still offsets its extra transaction using the assumed future rate. It is a range because common ECDSA and Taproot signature lengths vary.

Purpose and limits
Low-fee periods can reduce a future fee burden, but avoid combining UTXOs whose labels, sources, identities, or intended uses should remain separate.
The planner does not inspect ownership, amounts, confirmations, coinbase maturity, frozen coins, wallet labels, script conditions, or whether a wallet will select these inputs.
The alternative rate is a scenario, not a prediction. Relay policy, signature size, additional outputs, change, RBF or CPFP needs can alter the actual cost.
Size intervals reuse the same serialization model as the Fee & Transaction Size Calculator: common single-key P2PKH, P2SH-P2WPKH, P2WPKH and Taproot key-path spends, including CompactSize boundaries and witness discount. No transaction is created, signed, stored, or broadcast.
